YAGT: what is the biggest gesture you made for a girl?

thought this would be kind of interesting to see how far you would go for someone you really like.

ok i will go first. i went all the way to hong kong to see her, granted i was already in asia, it still cost a pretty penny.

oh yeah, i dont regret it one bit either.

For the past month, i've been driving around my city taking pictures of all the places my girl and I have been. For example, I took a picture of a few restaurants we've been to then went inside and took a picture of the exact table/booth we sat in. I made a collage of all those places, framed it, then put a picture of the two of us in the middle.

The same night we had dinner at the same restaurant we had our first date at. In addition, she can't drink alcohol, doctors orders, so I said in jest we can have Martinellis. When we got to the restaurant, our same table we had was reserved with a boquet of flowers. Minutes later after we sat down the waitress brought us the Maritnellis' Organic cider. Turned out to be a very romantic night.

She's my girlfriend..I know She's more of the type that prefers that I do things I put thought and my heart into rather than just simply spending money. She's unique, and that's why I love her.

Umm... Planned out an elaborate valentine's day meal. It was an italian-themed dinner, complete with home made everything -- I made everything with authentic ingredients, including making the bread by hand, which took around 5 hours.

Drove up to see her on her birthday. Feb. 12th, then on Valentine's day. She lived 250 miles away.

Drove up multiple times to surpise her, without her knowing.

Then the relationship fizzled, and we were together for another two years where I did not have the desire to do any of the forementioned things. Oh well, they were nice at the time!
