both, i've had my yahoo email account for almost 12 years. mainly used for anything online. hehehe i turned off the spam filter on my yahoo account just for giggles and in 8 hours i had thousands of spam.

gmail i use for home and have outlook tied to it. i got tired of sending out email address changes to all my contacts because i switched ISP so i made a google account and dont ever plan on using any other.

Hotmail and gmail. I have had my hotmail account for ~12 years. This was before MS bought them. I lost *tons* of email during that transfer.

Both I've used Yahoo (I've still got an @prodigy.com address) for years and years, and it's still my primary account. However, I just got a Gmail account because I wanted to mess around with IMAP and Thunderbird. So far I like it, and I can definitely see the advantages to IMAP over my old POP access with Yahoo. It's just going to take me some time to get used to it.

I have both. I use Yahoo more though. No particular reason, I just give different e-mail addresses to different types of people, work/friends/family.

Gmail. The interface is clean and neat, easy to use, nifty features are added that are useful, ads don't pop out at me, search is the best there is, you can send from other gmail accounts in your main gmail, you can access your other pop accounts through gmail. The list goes on.

I have both, yahoo for the fact i need an account for flickr. I find yahoo's interface to be too klunky, and I hate the ad distraction. gmail wins mostly for searching. I'm afraid it might start getting klunky too with the new contact management as a taste of what's to come (I like it, but just doesn't feel right in responsiveness)

Gmail has 20mb attachments and seemingly infinite storage.

I am currently using 417 MB (8%) of my 5110 MB....and it only ever goes up.

I am not giving my cell number to Google that's for damned sure.

Been using Net@ddress for years and years and years. I get email on my mobile phone, in my favorite IPMap/Pop3 secured client or from their web mail page. And it's fast.
