So I'm a student right now about the graduate next spring. I opted to take some online classes this term and work at a ski resort. I didn't decide to to this until recently so my application wasn't process until recently. I heard from a friend that the orientation was this past weekend and I hadn't filled out my application until last week so I wasn't called.
I called the hiring manager for the department I applied to and he said there are still plenty of positions available and that he is interested in talking to me but needs to pull my application and look it over. At the end of our call he said he would call me later this week. Now I am left wondering if I should call him if I haven't heard from him by the end of the day tomorrow?
My application wasn't forwarded to his department originally because the application asks you to apply for two positions and it sends your application for the first one alphabetically.
What should I do ATOT? Its not like I am concerned with landing this job or not, it won't have any influence later on and I already have a part time job at a restaurant. I just thought it would be fun to work there for the winter and get a free season pass while doing so. One of the only things I am waiting on for this job is whether or not to take one class on campus this term or leave it strictly to online classes for ease of work schedule, so I would kinda like to find out.
Thanks to anyone with advice and who read all of this.
