I knew this girl that had a pet bunny. They aren't too friendly. I guess that's because it was kept in a cage all day. I remember some dude that wanted to put a cigarette and burn it but I told him I'll kick his a** if he tried something like that.

Yes my family had 2 pet rabbits,
They are a Lot more work than a cat.

It is not a good pet for children under 10 years of age.

I had one once. Not particularly interesting the way a dog or cat is. I wouldn't recommend it.

We gave 2 bunnies to our kids about 4 years ago for easter. We built a hutch in the back yard for them and it was kinda fun for the kids. We didnt have a fence and one day our neighbors dogs got out and Were under the hutch biting at the rabbits feet with the rabbits going nuts inside the cage. The first time they got out i chased them off. the second time, the dogs were out there long enought to kill both rabbits just by fright. I shot both dogs several times with my pellet gun before they ran off. Then i went to the neighbors house (second visit) and told them what happend, and if their dogs got in my yard again my rifle would be pulled out. I also filed a complaint againt them with the city and gave them the bill for the damage to the hutch and heat lamp. They payed it.

Yeah, my wife and kids have one. It sheds much worse than the dogs. Dog hair is heavy enough to fall to the floor where it can be easily vacuumed, but rabbit hair just floats around and gets in everything. :|

Have a bunny, cool pet, atleast this one. Doesn't piss and crap anywhere but his cage, loves to be pet and picked up. He actually got out of his hutch outside once, neighbors said he kind of strolled down the driveway looked around a bit, and walked back up and into his hutch.

Except he does think he can screw any stuffed animal in the house, heck it doesnt even have to be a animal.

I had a rabbit named Wingnut. He was cool, but rabbits aren't the best pets. We've had many other rabbits too.

We have 2 rabbits. They are kind of interesting, but also high maintenance, they only eat grasses and grains and crap like there is no tomorrow. Also not good for little kids, despite their PR, a cat w/claws and all would be safer.
