yamaha 16/10/40...any good?

what program goes good with this drive?
any problems with it?

I use the 8x4x24 SCSI and it works great. From what I have seen Yamaha drives are considered one of the best.

It's an excellent drive but does not have the newer burnproof feature which i think is very important.
