Ok, I just bought this drive yesterday and its driving me nuts. Here is the problem that i've posted.

Problem with yamaha.

Maybe other people have better luck with this.

FYI this is a repost on the yamaha/amazon deal, and from a pro like you jump!

I just received my burner last week. It burns great. 74 minCDR in 5 minutes is no lie. It was a perfect drop in replacement for my last generic 8x burner. I used CDRWin and Nero 5.5 to try it out. damn fast.....
