Had similar symptoms about a month ago
went to doctor and he said kidneys stones but wanted me to goto hospital to get a CT scan
6 hours later I had my apendix removed as that was the cause of all of the pain

Got back from the doctor. Did a white cell count and determined it wasn't an appedicitis which is good, doctor thinks it could be a hernia. Wants me to monitor it and come back in next wed if I am still in pain.

Wonder if this is important but I asked my parents they told me when I was very young I had a hernia.

Oh yea, I don't have diabetes. I have been tested before recently.

As for the questions:

It doesn't seem to worsten at night, but the pain gets words when I sit and lean forward, and gets better when I lay flat down.

I don't drink.

No unprotected Sex

No Fever

No change in diet

Urin seems the same.

No Fatigue.

after hearing more, its definately neither.

a UTI would hurt to go to the bathroom, and appendicitis wouldnt feel better based on positioning/time.

It could be a hernia near the bladder.. maybe the muscle/membrane that it is protruding from is squeezing it and making you urinate more often.

does it hurt when you bear down (like if you're taking a crap or blowing a balloon)?

i'm wondering if you might have a disc herniation, in which case you'll want to go to a chiropractor.

Yes it does hurt when I bear down, expecially if I lean forward at the same time then it hurts a ton.

the pain goes away at times? if so, i would guess its more related to a muscle/bone injury or something of that sort, rather than an organ problem.

Could be your ileo cecal valve (I may have misspelled that). Some foods can send it into spasms for a while which becomes an ache in the lower right stomach. Happened to me a few months ago and lasted three days before I went to my doc.

Yes it does hurt when I bear down, expecially if I lean forward at the same time then it hurts a ton.

he's positive for valsava, so it probably isn't an ic spasm.
