Well it's not just one person, this is just the first to sue. Reports over the past few years have been trickling out about this kind of behavior, and that's only the people who've complained.

No, I don't think their insistence is over the line, it is their "house" you play by their rules, much as if you came over to my house and I insisted that you wash your hands after taking a dump and then subsequently kick you out for not doing so I would seriously hope the court system would back me up on that call (though in this day and age I doubt it)

Also given the cost of tickets and the fact that people generally complain about what they percieve as negative experiences I really find it difficult to believe that this is widespread, sounds like a few people are comming forward but we are not talking droves of people here.

It would be like going to a restaurant and them asking you not to leave the table while you eat. Its certainly their right to tell you that, and its your right to not dine there.

Great than I am sure you would be all for making everyone sit and watch two gaymen kiss, as long as it was the policy?

So if they decide that everyone has to strip naked for the seventh inning stretch that's A-OK with you?

Get over your juvenile, self-centered self. Yankee Stadium holds over 50,000 people, and YOU are not everyone.

Campeau-Laurion said police first told him he could not leave his seat when the song was played last August. When he tried to go around an officer blocking his way, he was escorted out of the stadium.

Guy missed a perfect opportunity to legally piss on a police officer's shoes and pant leg.

I gotta piss! REALLY BAD!!!!!
Stay in your seat sir!
But I gotta pee reeeeeealy bad! (start doing the potty dance).
No! You Can't!
Whip out dong and pee on dickhead.
Get arrested
Go to media.
Have lawyer explain to Judge that guy was in physical distress caused by officer.
Judgethrows out case.
