I had pho for lunch today. It was nummers, but not as good as it usually is

pho is one of my favorite types of food. I get either pho tai or pho nam. I always end up putting way too much spicy chili in it, so then I drown it in that plum sauce stuff. So good.

That sounds about right. I always put in too much Sriracha. Its perfect at first, but by the end I wish it wasn't so hot.

I haven't had any pho in...probably 2 months? Hmmm, sounds like a good idea...

But I have salmon and steaks in the fridge. Pho will have to wait.

I started eating pho with a guy that put a lot of the sauce in... thats what I know and what I like. I've tried it without and I did enjoy it a great deal, but doesn't have the same memories as pho with the sauce.

Then maybe they should take that stuff off the table. Siracha and hoisin are incredible.
