Hi, I'm pretty new to the online poker scene and want to know where I can go to find up to date bonus codes (All the programs have first time codes, but what I have in mind are codes I can use after I clear the first time bonus.) Are there specific websites for this? The ones I find in google are almost always for first time codes only. Thanks.

Like many others here, I have been playing at partypoker for a while now.

PP will give out 1st time bonuses and very frquently, maybe like once a month, they have a reload code usuall good for 20-25% up to $100-$150 bonus.

Other sites I have no idea since I've only played on PP.

Furthermore, if you have friends, PP has a referal system that you get $50 for each person you refer.

edit: I knew of one website that had lots of poker online sites and the deals they had, but I forgot the name of it....will try to remember it.

I've only tried party poker and poker stars. I like pokerstars.com much better.

Party, Stars, and Ultimate bet seem to be the big 3 right now.

Read an article the other day about Party going public. Said they average an income of $1.4 million a day right now.

If u want to play for fun, fulltiltpoker.com. Learn the game at the play money tables first, but be prepared: money games are much different than free ones.

that's freakin ridiculous...

they're raking in all this money all the while I'm trying to win a pot on $1/2 ...haha, I should start m own online poker place.

So who do you think is making more money:

1. eBay
2. Online Poker sites like Partypoker.com
3. Blizzard with WoW (1.5 Million+ subscribers X $15/mo = $$$)

Make sure you sign up for a rakeback program too. If you ever get good enough to move up limits or you run out of bonuses at a certain site but still want to play there, that will get you 25% of your rake back. I'm getting close to 400 bucks just for playing 2/4 for 4 weeks. I need it too, since I've been running pretty badly over that period too. Anyways, they aren't hard to find, I can refer you to the one I use if you want to PM me but I don't want to post it here since it could be seen as spamming.

How come? Because people would play really big when it's fake money.. and that leads you to play big, so when you play for real money you are over aggressive?

How come? Because people would play really big when it's fake money.. and that leads you to play big, so when you play for real money you are over aggressive?

Possibly but playing for play money could lead you to think you are much better than you actually are. IOW, it's a lot easier to win against poor competition. That's why you should always build your way up.
