I've always thought it was per sé just because that's what I've seen all the time, but maybe it doesn't matter? Color vs colour?

Don't see any of those with that specific diacritic 'cept for dictionary.com, and that's only in the origin, not the spelling of the word itself.

How did I spell it wrong? It's spelled "per se". I also pronounce it "per say", but I saw it spelled as "per see" twice in the past half hour, so I decided to make a thread.

There should be an accent mark above the e. I've never seen it spelled without it.

Where have you seen it spelled WITH it?
