There should be an accent mark above the e. I've never seen it spelled without it.

How did I own myself? It's pronounced per say and is spelled per sé.

Alright I've got like 3 replies saying I'm wrong. Is it not spelled with the accent mark? Because I've seriously NEVER seen it without one.
