don't get me wrong, I hope there is a god and afterlife, because the thought that we all blink into eternal nothingness at death is pretty much the most depressing thought imaginable

Being a Christian does not require interpreting the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) literally. The creation story follows the evolution theory fairly closely as for as the order in which things appear...

1) Heavens and Earth
2) Light
3) Water
3) Vegitation
4) Moon
5) Sea Creatures
6) Land Creatures
7) Man

Atheism doesn't necessarily equal a belief in evolution. It's simply the belief that there is no god/higher power.

I know you are Asian, so why can't you do this in whatever Asian country you claim your ethnicy from?

WHAT?? You didn't know!! Adam and Eve had it made. They just APPEARED out of nowhere, Adam with his 6 pack abs khaki dockers, and sperry topsiders , and Eve with her double d bossoms, her gorgeous pearly soft skin, they were just sitting around on their lazy boy, sipping mint juleps when that darn apple tempted him! No man ever had it so good, and he ruined it over a nasty apple! It was probably a sour Granny Smith too
