His left arm was underneath him. He could be going for a knife, gun, etc. As soon as they got his arm from underneath of him they lowered the force used. No problem with this one.

Also as mentioned in the comments at 12 seconds in he tries to push up with his left hand. If he wasn't resisting, why couldn't they get his hands back with ease? At the 14 second mark it's clear both cops are forcing his hand back, because he's resisting...

Lay down, put your hands out in front of you with your FINGERS spread and heels down and shut your fucking mouth until told what to do and you'll be fine.

I see troublemakers get arrested often. They are always hostile and resisting. As if screaming and trying to pull away will make the police disappear.

So something that doesn't always make sense to me in a physical confrontation like this is...ok so the guy isn't fully complying with the officers, so the officers' response is to start hitting/punching the guy to make him comply. Well, it seems logical that the natural reaction to getting attacked is to protect yourself and not lay still. Well, that makes it look like you are resisting even more so the cops continue to hit you even more. Rinse/repeat.

These threads are interesting. In this particular case its impossible to comment IMHO. We need to see what happened in the 10 seconds before the video started.

Have you ever tried to subdue someone that was not willing to comply? Should the police walk away or tase them instead? People are fucking crazy and the unexpected can happen at anytime and no one deserves to take that risk especially with someone that was resisting to begin with. I've seen people getting stomped and they still refuse to give up their hands. They aren't blocking the blows, they're trying hard not to allow access to their wrists.

Although I dislike the police for various reasons, I see day in and out these punk kids causing problems for the community and crying like babies once they face the handcuffs. I live it in real life very often and feel no pity for most of them.
