where does that quest start? A priest in the raid got some blood from Drakkisath.

Lol, we picked up the Amsee(sp?) quest from UBRS, took it into MAzthoril, stepped onto the rune, talked with the elf and...omg.

I have done a few runs through the Maraudon bosses recently. It's a pretty cool instance. Just make sure you have a good group for Princess, one tank if possible, the rest support and heal. Rogues don't do well because of her AOE damage. Shamans are good to have for mana totems and nature protection totem.

I really hated Uldaman and also Zul Farrak. ZF is bugged, and I haven't been back after wiping multiple times on that stupid stairs part... what a waste of time...

Next up is the Sunken Temple of Atal'Hakkar.

Mal strat only 1 guy needs the key.. go with a guild that has one and the key drops in the instance off a sub boss.. got mine my first run..

but..

got to do Molten Core for the first all out raid on our server..
my guild hosted... we got to the first subboss and had to try to come up with tactics to beat him..
very difficult VERY challenging.. 40 very well played well equipped L60s

the first boss literally spams curses and charms and other nastyness that forces all the healers/casters into dispell and remove curse mode... not to mention its a linked pull with 3 other L63 elites
he also charms people and uses them agaisnt you...
very hard...
we figured it out and have a strategy and almost won with a large percentage of peopel have red gear from deaths... we will get him tonight prolly..

3 warriors, a shaman, and a priest (40-51) soared thru Uldaman yesterday UNTIL the giant stone dude surrounded by statues that he activates. We had him down til no red was visible and his minions took me and the other warrior out. Got a ton of good drops, just not anything uber special.

L60 Gnome Mage - Ran through LBRS on Saturday, no Trindlehaven
L19 Dwarf Priest - Ran through Deadmines with the help of a L60 guildie. I think we did the whole thing in 30 mins or so. I barely had time to loot corpses

I mentioned this earlier in this thread but would like to discuss it further if possible. I'm level 47 now and last completed instance is still SM. I made a short run into Uldaman before 2 guys had to leave so we all hearthed out. Only killed one named who was level 40 I think. I have a bunch of quests for Uldaman and Zul'Farak, but I've heard these are not peoples favorites with comments such as too hard or poor loot. I'm close to high enough to go to Mauradon. I've heard it is a much better instance with great drops. Do I drop all the quests from Uldaman and Zul'Farak and not even do them and just start trying Mauradon, or is it worth it to go to these 2 and finish off the quests?

Uldaman and Zulfarrak are some of the best instances in the game... The boss fight in Uldaman and ending to uldaman has to be one of the best in the game. Zulfarrak is great too. The hydra fight is really fun with him tossing you into the air, and I don't think there's anything quite like the fight on the temple stairs anywhere else in the game although the final boss is a bit of a let down when compared to the rest of the place.
