I get it from people all the time. Anyone that comes over to my place and sees my supplements sitting out think's im crazy. Then they go on to tell me how they don't work, or how it will destory my kidneys or something of the like.
Do your own research, try what you want, when you find something that works, stick with it. Me? I've tried so many different supplements it's unreal, but I've come to the conclusion that the only things that are worth spending money on are:
glutamine - prolab
protein - on
creatine - i mix it up, right now i have higher power, prolabs and some celltech
multi's - gnc megaman
Go to bodybuilding.com and order a 10lb bag of ON protein and a 1000g tub of glutamine (should be 70 bucks or so). The protein will last you 2 months probably, maybe more or less depending on how often you take it. I've had a 1000g tub of glutamine for about 3 months and am finally starting to get past halfway on it, it's recommened you take 5-10g of it daily, I take 20-25g daily and it's lasted me that long
If you don't know, glutamine is for muscle regen, endurance and prevents muscle breakdown among other things. With high amounts daily, it's unreal. Try protein alone for a month, then try glutamine and protein and you'll know exactly what i'm talking about.
