We hit 1.99 for a few days a month or so ago. Didn't last long though. Back up to 2.49 or so currently. SE WI.

What worries me is that summer prices usually go up $0.60-70. I don't think I'm going to be doing much traveling

Not to get side tracked, but Iran is actually hurting as a major exporter. While they're still producing a lot, they use a lot and their production is actually decreasing, even though they're finding more oil.

Chavez (Venezuelan president/dictator) just seized all the foreign owned oil fields in his country. I'm sure that doesn't help gas prices.

Aye..

Luckily, OPEC has resisted the cuts he has wanted to make. While they've made cuts, Chavez wanted deep cuts into oil production.
