The most exciting part? Yesterday I threw away all the wedding planning stuff. Never again.
Can I make a sappy ass sentimental post here?
I've been with this board since 2001 (I'm a RBM for neffing nearly a decade ago, mods allowed me back). I was a 'wet behind the ear' college freshman back then... in the days of RossMAN (he was more active), eakers, HappyKitten, Dannylove, etc. This forum and its particular 'balanced' culture has helped me tons over a decade- anything from resume writing, career advice, how to negotiate salary, travel advice, and countless life-related help.
I just would like to say thank you to all of you. Now that I'm bit older, I've been trying to give back to the community with what little knowledge I possess (relationship, work, photography, etc).
Throughout the 'growing up' years, I've learned to become comfortable with who I am. I was always in denial and thought I was better than those 'raging INTJ internet nerds'. Well, I've come to acknowledge who I am and where I stand (the test says I'm 51% Introvert, 49% extrovert). You guys are amazing. It's amazing how resourceful and caring some of you are- through PMs and just general help.
I know that AT isn't just an internet forum to me, but has been a part of my life. That sounds super cheesy and even lame, but I can't deny it. It is.
Thanks to all of you!
