Luckily my company is giving out a small bonus (~$500 after tax). Wasn't expecting any at all this year. No year-end party tho.

No raises but everyone who didn't get a bonus for their position is getting a bonus. Just happy to have a job at this point, the bonus was just iciing on the cake.

$5600 bonus plus 3% pay increase. Also got a kindle2 and Bose QC15 for being named Support Engineer of the year. I was however one of the lucky ones to get anything.

That would be funny though, to get a gift card to a company that isn't around any more.

Edit: It looks like there's one more in Portland (way out on the east side), and one in Seattle.

My bonus is still on schedule...at least that is my understanding...lets hope they don't try some last minute switcheroo. We have our annual Christmas party in two weeks...I should know by then...lets hope I'm not disappointed.

Never a Christmas party at this job.
No merit increase for FY09.
They just announced today they are bringing back merit increases for FY10.
So if I get good results on my PA in July 2010, I will get a 2% raise in September 2010.

They are bringing back the 100% match up to 5% for 401(k).
But it's not like I can afford to put money into a 401(k)

Indeed. I wouldn't doubt that most of us are grateful to have our jobs. But lets face it, despite the economy going to the shitter for the last year, cost of living has gone up substantially. Yet we're expected to make due on less while the companies are positioning back into growth mode? And here the financial industry is worried about retaining talent...

Thankfully, whenever our job goes through hard times and don't get a raise, we get it the following year, and they accumalate. I am hopefully going to get 2 raises this year in one shot.

wage freeze....but bonus? my last check had a new field in it.... "Bonus Accrued". WTF...I thought it was performanced based. Also, it mysteriousy got added to my yearly salary...when you take the "bonus accured" off, my salary is less than what I am supposed to be making. I am not complaining though, I have a job.

Last Xmas eve morning after weeks of rumor and speculation we all went one by one to see HR to find out of we'd been laid off or had enough seniority to make the cut and keep our jobs.

I don't care about a bonus, party or raises just as long as I don't ever have to go thru something like that on Christmas eve ever again. It totally destroyed the holidays.
