We get our "short-term incentives" in April 2010 depending on a performance review in Jan 2010. Our STI's are 50% based on personal performance, 40% based on division performance (IT, for example), and 10% based on the overall company performance. I think I did well enough to earn 100% of my portion, my division was probably one of the few that made money (so I'm hoping another 100%), but my company took a nose-dive, so probably 0% of the remaining.
I'll probably get about $2000 before taxes I'm guessing, which will definitely be nice, but no raise. Oh well.
