yeast question

I'm going on an elimination diet to find out what food im allergic too. 90% of food allergies are made up of 8 food groups. Wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, seafood, fish, peanuts, and tree nuts. Most stores don't sell bread without wheat in them so i gotta make my own. So my question is does yeast contain any wheat or any of those things i listed above? Is yeast derived from wheat or any of those things i listed above?

Yeast should not contain any wheat. Sourdough starter will.

Dude... yeast is a mold that makes bread rise and beer bubbly.
