Yet another BH6 bios upgrade question

Hi. I not sure how or which upgrade to use from the abit site.
When I boot up the last letters showing the motherboard id is "-FL".
Then it says something similiar to "Award Bios v1.0a"

I'm currently running a PII 400, and have never upgraded the bios. I guess I have a 1.0a, FL board?
If I do, do I need to first upgrade to the FU upgrade?

When upgrading to the BH6 FU BIOS, please use AWDFLASH.EXE 6.6 to avoid upgrade failure.

Obviously, this is an "ancient" upgrade. Should I do this one first, or can I jump directly to the most recent?

There is not much documentation on their site to inform me as to what to do. I'm hoping one of you can point me in the right direction.

Just go to the SS bios. It's the latest and you don't need to do it incrementally.

I just upgraded a board from FL to SS last night. No problems whatsoever.

there is plenty of info on the abit site for how to flash the bios,and I strongly suggest you print it out.Screw up the bios upgrade(flash) and your motherboard will not work again until you get a new bios chip.Unless you plan on buying a new cpu,there is no need for you to flash to ss for a p2-400.
