Been there, done that, busted a picture frame with it.

My favorite bass scene though is still Chapter 15: Depth Charged on U-571, it really gives your chest a pounding. Plus U-571 is a great movie... The Haunting was simply... awful. Just goes to show, you can have some of the best f/x in the world, but if you don't have a good script the movie will still suck.

The Haunting WAS terrible. I bought it and refused to open it until we got a good subwoofer in the house

Now I'm in the midst of putting together a decent system for my dorm

BTW, that part of the haunting claimed one of my mom's wine glasses (no joke)...was near the edge and...crash!
