I had one bought for me as a christmas present yesterday (12/3) at Target. She took it to electronics and I guess they went through a chain of 4 people but did eventually honor the price. She wasn't demanding, just asked if they'd honor the price and I guess no one wanted to make the decision on their own.

Got one today. Took printouts and at regular employees did not want to honor it at first, but manager did honor it. My DS is happily charging right now, can't wait to use it later!

My brother (in SoCal) has a copy of the Target catalog and he took it to a CC and they pricematched it. Just so happens that week CC was giving a free game with every purchase of a DS, so he got a free game also.

I just picked one up from target.

I got one today for $99. Brought them the printouts and stuff... they wanted me to have the actual catalog but the team member reluctantly rang it up for $99 anyhow.

Now the GF is getting an Electric Blue DS, Nintendogs, and Animal Crossing so far. Didn't get the non-game gifts yet tho.
