I'd ban anyone who posted an attempt at humor that wasn't funny. I'd also ban anyone that posts their displeasure with police, just to piss them off and prove authority is against them!

I would remove all infractions, for everyone. All bans as well (unless you got banned for death threats). I would allow all sorts of speech - except for death threats.

I would let anarchy reign and sit back and watch each and every single one of you break down and let everything come out to rant, rave, scream and not be censored.

,.. oh, and I would take plenty of screen grabs. #1 for future posts and #2 reddit karma.

edit: I almost forgot,.. I would spam the forums with interracial porn,.. the really REALLY bad kind.

Nobody would be able to log in without first taking an IQ test, everyone would get two tries and anyone unable to score above 90 would be banned. I realize a lot of shitheads would get someone else to do it, but I'm banking on the dumbest of the dumb not even having smart friends, which doesn't seem like much of a stretch. I'd probably be tempted to ban a couple other people too, but the above should take care of most of that. Intelligence is no guarantee of sanity or civility, but it's a good start.

Oh, and I'd put in a gimp tank. People that are generally annoying but not quite bannable would regularly get banned from every forum except that one, and it would be open and moderated like P&N is now so anyone else could go poke them in their cages without worrying about infracting themselves.

Actually, no more infractions. Anything worthy of an infraction would instead earn a poster time in the gimp tank, starting at 24-72 hours and working up from there.
