The problem with being able to shoot the high profile terrorists / sect leaders / politicians / celebs is that you then have to see them rise to a great fame after their death. Their words will become sacred to their followers, and you will have just heightened the influence of the person you wished to rid the world of. 10 - 15 years ago, I would have said Castro, but as time goes on, he's kind of like a WTF cares type. I would have said Saddam, but the US has taken him out of the picture. I would take my 5 shots and inflict a huge amount of pain on OSB, and drag his sorry ass in to let the military do what they will with him. Treaties and war crimes be damned, that mother fsker has done far more across the world than our military would be able to do to him in return.
