Still all white bread when you dance, though.Wasn't too bad. Walking with a walker the day of surgery, a week later using a cane, and 5 1/2 weeks later I was back at work full time.

You're pretty spot on. I'm 6'4", been doing leg presses, and my thyroid is all screwed up so I'm doing synth meds causing balder issues. Had to stop using creatine and switched to multivitamins. Also got measured for running shoes and got some Hokas and Brooks that are supposed to correct my gait. Probably a combination of all that stuff. If it isn't from past trauma or occupational hazard like being a cook or another profession where you are on your feet all day. It might be simply tight calves causing poor dorsiflexion. Seems common with us tall folk. You're like 6'3" right? I had issues with it when I was taking creatine. No matter how much water I drank they'd ball up after doing martial arts/combat sports for a bit. Was having the pain and gait issues. Started doing the stretches for it I found on youtube, plus stopped taking creatine after I learned about the tight calves. Went away in about a year.
I'll never grow up, I'm a toyrus kid. Adulting is done perforce. Any other time my interest haven't changed much at all since I was in high school. Video games, surfing, skateboarding, martial arts.I was pretty old by the time I was 23, not physically though, I had mature ideas..
If you are pulling the pics or it didn't happen, you are going to have an "Yes Nic this is really my desk" moment. There is a members pic thread here, you know that right? And you just saw PCgeek's legs correct? He's built like a Flamingo. Just messing with you PCGeek. 🫶I get it. You guys are all 6'2" plus and body builders on a tech forum. But it sucks getting old.
So using this.I'd tell him parents are hard to raise.

A legend in his own mind. He was always doing those before and after pics over the years. Homie has a bad case of being on the wrong side of the Dunning-Krueger curve.alky made me so jelly that i had to become a bodybuilder just to keep up
The whole pencil necked geek thing is such an old trope too. Look how many tech dudes lift, here are just a few -
I was pretty old by the time I was 23, not physically though, I had mature ideas..
I didn't do most all of the things immature kids and young adults do. My mom didn't make those kinds of judgements.
Reminds me of a kid who introduced himself, "Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm fourteen years old but my mom says I have the maturity of a twenty one year old."
<insert I'll bet you're fun at parties meme here>I didn't do most all of the things immature kids and young adults do. My mom didn't make those kinds of judgements.

Actually my 21st birthday was something very special. I'm not the same guy I was at 21, I'm more fun now.<insert I'll bet you're fun at parties meme here>
If by body builder you mean amassing great quantities of excess flesh, count me in!I get it. You guys are all 6'2" plus and body builders on a tech forum. But it sucks getting old.
