When I can buy a yacht that has it's own support ships, and a helo port, and a brothel, and Joe Pesci is the captain of the crew, and I can pay all the pop ”stars” that came out in the last 10 years to be silenced, forever. Either that or pay Joe Pesci to pay them a visit. ...

There are more...

This thread is more about wealth -

Three items define wealth in my mind:

Not flying commercial, having a personal jet at your disposal
Horses - owning & training one of these beasts to run like the wind & win
Boat - Something that requires a crew of 3- minimum of '42 and 2-staterooms

I once wrote a paper on what success is, and how it pertains to any given individual, in college. My contention was/is that each individual has their own set standards and definition of success and how it is achievable. In the end many/most gauge success as some form of monetary or acquired asset(s) as the plateau of success while others (like me) determine success by the level of love/happiness one can achieve, not only for themselves but also for their family and friends. It could be argued that money and assets help that as well, but not unconditionally so...

Being halfway to what I consider 'success,' I define it in two parts:
a) knowing more or less 'what you want to be when you grow up' and having the tools necessary to make that happen
b) establishing reasonable financial stability while continuing to pursue/achieve a)

A great man once said "A man who procrastinates in his choosing inevitably has his choice made for him by circumstance." I feel like this defines most people. So even if you make a lot of money, if you're doing something just because that's where you ended up, and you'd really rather be doing something else, I don't think you're successful. You're only successful when you're doing what you set out to (or are too afraid to set out to) do.
