How about a ton of proactive or other skin treatment? Your hair is looking better and with a little help on your skin it will be a significant improvement. I'm not trying to be funny, if there's anything a little extra money can do it would probably be worth it.

I've already told ATOT 100x, I have gone to a dermatologist and have been on meds for over a month now... it takes 6 months to years for it to clear...

personally, I'd buy a tivo... from out of those options, I'd go for clothes.

I need some new button down shirts pretty badly. I've been relying on oversized sweaters all winter and I've only got like 2 button-down shirts that aren't too big (one of which is too gay to wear to work). probably going to head over to an outlet mall this week to hit up CK and Gap.

I'm going to put it towards speakers and clothes. I need speakers because earbuds hurt my ears and suck! And I need clothes desperately... As soon as a sale goes on at Express... Shopping time!

why don't you buy some mediocre speakers, look for sales at Macys, then save the rest of the money?

otherwise you're just fucking dumb if you complain and complain about how you never have money, then even THINK about spending it to upgrade your fucking computer.

Because Macy's doesn't have what I want? And I don't know if I want mediocre speakers or what quality yet. Definitely not >$200 speakers though.

If your parents ever get fed up with you and decide to stop supporting you, you're going to get a rude kick-in-the-face awakening - when you can't afford shit, you aren't allowed to be picky about what you wear or listen to. I need new clothes too, but I can't/don't want to pay $40 for any single article of clothing. I recently just went to Macy's and picked up two nice CK button-down shirts for $20 each. I highly doubt Macy's won't have anything you want, unless what you want is a $40 shitty t-shirt that's about two sizes too small.

Those two sizes two small fit me just right. :hmm: :awe:

And they aren't $40 unless you buy them at $40. I'll buy them for like $25-$30 at most. Sales make them cheaper...

Well forget the details. I'm just trying to tell you to save the money so you can spend on things you REALLY need, like, say... getting to school, or living at school, or eating food, or textbooks.

I bought AV40's for 125 and I'm totally happy with them. I didn't like the overwhelming bass of the Logitech systems and the AV40's have enough for movies/etc. Although now that I don't have it, sometimes I miss the bass

I'd buy me a new camera lens with your money

For someone who is whining about the cost of life during college, you really should blow the money on gadgets and toys. Seriously, dude.

Go to a thrift store and buy some new clothes.

This stuff isn't going to look good on you.

Let me guess, you're probably not a good shopper to begin with. I like to shop at Express, but don't get me wrong, it's because I can afford to throw cash there. Macys has PLENTY of what you need. If you want a similar look, I guarantee you I can find it at Macys. You can easily blow $200 at Express and come out with not-enough-stuff. And given what I've seen on ATOT with you being a scrawny little kid, Express probably won't look that good on you.

Take some people who KNOW how to shop and KNOW how to look good, but don't blow their money on designer clothes. They'll show you that you can piece together a nice outfit by just hitting up the clearance aisle at Gap.
