Horrible nursing pain in the beggining, cracked/bleeding nipples, plugged milk ducts and breast infections that cause high fevers, excruciating chomps from teething infants, supreme exhaustion from nursing through the night----oh yeah baby! that really gets me goin. :|
It's true that for some women the breasts are an erotic zone but nursing a child is the powerful instinct to nourish and keep the baby ALIVE, for crying out loud.
I nursed my baby because it was the best thing for her. She had horrible colic and breast milk was the least damaging to her tiny digestive system. Not to mention a natural antibody provider and protector from horrible diseases that can develop in such a brand new baby body with virtually no immune system. We also could not possibly afford formula.
I went through horrible pain and difficulties to nurse her but in the end I succeeded and I would do it again. That whole thing is a bubbling crock of bullcrap and LA LECHE LEAGUE is gonna be all over that one!
And as for breech births causing pleasure, all I can say is
HA!!!!!!!!
As GF said before all one can think about is dying at the crowning point of the birth process.
