K6 233 (paid about 200 dollars for this)
K6-2 550 (paid about 70 for this)
1700+ (49.99 XD)
2200+ (59.99 with a K7S5A)

The only reason I'm using 2200+ is my dad wanted a new pc and they had a nice deal at Frys so i just did a quick and easy processor switch

I thikn I'll make a switch maybe a year from now and find a nice tbred chip and a good heatsink and overclock to hell and I figure holding at 2.3 will keep me busy for a long while

I think that 486 66 Mhz had to be a DX chip, thus it had the math coprocessor, which your 486SX33 was lacking. True whether it was an Intel or Cyrix. I had the Cyrix, fairly cheaper but it did the job.

Not in chronological order and also not all one continuous computer. An upgrade spawns a spare motherboard and CPU for another box to be built up for another family member, haha.
