I *think* Blackwater Park is my favorite, then A Matter of Life and Death, then Ghost Reveries, but the three of them are so damn good, it's currently impossible to make a firm decision.

I shall have to listen to all three of them at least 1000 more times in full before I can conclude.

While making a playlist in iTunes I realized that my "real" answer is not funeral by the arcade fire. It's "The Rising" by Bruce Springsteen. Then "Castaways and Cutouts" by the Decemberists, THEN Funeral. Followed by Magic Time and maybe Z.
