Your Favorite Audio Player?

I use Winamp. The thing I loved about winamp was all the different skins to choose from. Are there as many skins for foobar? If so, where (besides deviant)?

Used it for years, primarily for its stellar sound quality and a couple skins I really like.

I keep MediaMonkey on hand for tag editing or adding album art though.
Tried Songbird but couldn't find a reason to keep using it other than this one Shoutcast(?) channel I kind of liked.

I used winamp for years, but my collection has gotten big enough that it was getting to be a hassle to use. I've been using foobar for the last month or so, and I like it so far.

I can carry it around on a portable drive with my music and run it on just about any Windows machine without changing the registry so it works on locked down systems. The only feature it is missing that I miss is random play.

I like VLC a lot, but I don't find it very friendly when dealing with playlists. Give Foobar portable a try. It's got random :^D

I use VLC media player because of its extra inner amplifiers. It amplify any audio sound to more 100 %. Love it

MediaMonkey is installed but I generally use MPC-HC on the "monitor" or XBMC (with MilkDrop) on the "telly". So, same for audio as for video.

Sorry to necro this thread, but I have a question about Milkdrop. Is it considered the best home user visualization?

What settings can people usually get away with as far as mesh size?

I use Winamp, BTW.

I use iTunes. I would use Winamp but I need iTunes to handle some things on my iPod. I love the way that iTunes handles my podcasts, I can mark files to remember my position and I can also mark files to skip when shuffling so that when on shuffle the iPod doesn't play some of my embarrassing music.
