Gladiator - the big battle when Maximus reveals himself and the battle against Commodus at the end
Saving Private Ryan - storming the beach at Normandy
The Matrix - lobby scene up until rescuing Morpheus
The Patriot - after Mel Gibson's first son gets shot and he goes HAM on the guys in the woods with his other son.
We Were Soldiers - Mel Gibson's speech up until the scene where the soldiers are all leaving their homes in the dark in the morning and hop on the buses.
Avatar - when he learns to fly the big ass flying thing
Jurassic Park - the first T-Rex scene, this scene never gets old
Home Alone 1 and 2 - the final scenes where Marv and Harry are in Kevin's fun house.

I'm sure I have a shitload more but that's just what comes to mind off the top of my head.
