A movie that is sad is Angela's Ashes. The book and movie were awesome.

Can't believe almost nobody mentioned The Titanic. I'd swear all the girls in the theater were crying near the end of the movie.

The first time I saw Armaggedon my dad was dieing. Me, two of my friends and these two guys I didn't know went to see it. When it came to the wedding scene where the showed Bruce Willis's picture I broke down and cried. Not just regular movie crying, I mean sobbing. The two guys looked at me like I had lost my mind. They kept saying its just a movie. I was like I'm not crying because of the movie. I was crying because I knew my dad would never live to walk me down the isle. To this day the ending kills me .. even though its one of my all time favorite movies.

Some more good ones are At First Sight, The Story of Us, City of Angels (man that ending made me MAD!!), While you were sleeping, Picture Perfect (will never forget my friend and I watching that movie crying because the girl had this great guy and was screwing it up), The Patriot ... when his sons new wife gets burned up in the church I was soooo upset .. that was harsh, The Last of the Mohicans, when the brother gets killed .. and the girl jumps to her death, I could go on .. but Im tired of typing .. lol

I never really cried in a movie ending (or any time, during the movie).

But Brave Heart is my Fav. Movie (ok, it got me emotional a bit.. tiny bit ).

Braveheart: When he killed Wallace's wife, I wanted to kill the fscker myself. English pigs.

Same here, damn those pigs to hell. :|

The Kenshin OAV's got me though (if you have no idea what that is, then ignore it).

I've never broken down and started crying from a movie but I've gotten teary eyed a couple times.

I'm with Fathom on the Patriot thing. And I don't even have a daughter. I think I'd be balling if I had one.

Another one is Father of the Bride. (When they play basketball at night) Again if I had a daughter and had already given her away in marriage I think I would be balling.

There is one part in Air Force one where the fighter pilot flies in front of the missle and saves the plane. There's just something about self sacrifice that gets to me.

But I don't watch many movies now.

Any time Taps is played in a movie. They played it at my grandfather's funeral the week of Christmas last year and it just ruined everyone there.(he was a retired major, WWII &amp; Korean vet, was in D-Day at Omaha beach, etc.)

First time I saw Armageddon the end choked me up a little. Same with Titanic.. even though I despise THAT KID with a passion, I got caught up in the tale. And Ghost did it to me too, first time around.

.. there was another film .. a long, long time ago. About a little girl .. she gets shot at the end. That really did it for me. Can't remember the name tho.. only a vivid scene that plays over and over if I try to recall the whole.

That was a great movie.

It starts off slow but really catches you.

Another good foreign one was Jean de Florette.

and Of Mice and Men, with john malk.and gary sinese, when he had to shoot lenny in the back of the head.

Apollo 13 - the good crying at the end

Toy Story - when Buzz finally realizes that he is just a toy... kind of made me realize that we all think we are better or something more than what we are, and on those terrible occasions that life reminds us of exactly what we actually are... well, there are few things that feel worse.

Iron Giant - probably got to me more than any movie ever has - and it is the only one that can make me cry EVERY time.
