Yeah, I'm a college radio DJ and I've played that one on 16 different occasions on my show. Excellent rock. I'd heard it before, but one day one of my station's DJ's played it on his show and it blew me away. Been attached to it since.

If Opeth - "A Fair Judgment" counts as rock, I'd say that's my favorite. Otherwise, if it's too metal, then I'd go ahead and name Ayreon - Into the Black Hole ....
