For CS, I can post a picture of my exam...it doesn't have a single "X" on it, all check marks, and on the bottom of each page it says 16/16 points scored or whatever amount of points each page has) yet the grade on it is a 97%

At the end of the year, take up the issue with the principal... unless he has a written grading policy, you deserve what you earned. If he has something where class participation is a portion of the grade, then that part is subjective.
