Get up around 7am

Make breakfast and coffee

Wake up daughter so she can start getting ready for school

After daughter gets on the bus at 8:45am my day becomes one of two things:
1. Go down to home office, check work email, do some conference calls, screw around in my home lab, work remotely for clients if needed
2. Go to office or client site to do work

Around 5:30pm the whole family is home and we'll begin making dinner

Eat

Kids shower

Might do something together as a family or all hang out separately

8:30pm-9pm kids go to bed

Wife and I watch TV together until 10-10:30pm then go to bed

Wife falls asleep while I watch TV in bed another 30-45 minutes and fall asleep

Wow, only five replies and this thread has already ended twice.

Yes, this thread is off to a good start, unlike all of my work days.

4:30 - start to wake up
5:30 - work starts
4:00 - arrive back at home
4-6 - fuck around / relax
6-bedtime - errands and housekeeping, self improvement
8, 9, or 10 - go to sleep, time varies according to fatigue

I have two to four hours per day of things I actually want to do.

I get up around 7, get out of bed around 9.
I don't worry about nothing, because worrying is waste of my time.

The only thing I will contribute to this thread is that between 12:20 and 12:40 every day I will start my shit. I am very regular; and I pride myself on that aspect!

6 am - start hitting the snooze button every 5 minutes
6:30 am - finally drag myself out of bed and take a shower, use the toilet
6:50 am - screw around (watch the news, check email, etc)
7:15 am - get dressed, pack up breakfast/lunch for work, and head out the door
7:30 am - arrive at the subway station; wait around for 5-15 minutes
8:00 am - get to work, grab coffee, and start my day
7:00 pm - arrive back at home, cook dinner, and spend the rest of the night on the couch with my SO or in bed

the only major variations is that on Tuesdays I go to my BF's house after work instead of my own and we have sushi/drinks with a group of his friends. Fridays is usually dinner/drinks with my friends, but we try to alternate on whose house we stay at for the weekend.

8:30AM, alarm goes off.
8:30:05AM, turn it off and go back to sleep.
8:30:06AM-9:00AM, toss and turn trying to wake up but can't because medication is really strong.
9:00AM - Shower
9:30AM - Get out of shower, dress, go to work or class. (Usually late for first class at 9:30AM these days anywhere from on time to missing completely, and technically late for work but no one cares)
On 8 hour work days, work from 9:30AM-5:00PM. Go home for an hour or so lunch.

On school days, class until 11:20AM. Go home, eat, check work emails(It's technically when I 'work'), watch daily show, whatever. Go back to class at 12:30PM until 1:20PM.
Go home, watch work email for a couple more hours and slack off. Post on ATOT, Facebook, browse internet. Try to catch up on errands.

Either day, I usually don't start homework until 5:00PM. Start it then and work until I am satisfied or frustrated. Go to bed around 12:00AM-2:00AM. I have insomnia, and so it's not like I really sleep anyway. I don't remember much of the night, but I do wake up a lot.
