I have about $500 to spend on any of the following:
1) New monitor. I currently have a ViewSonic PS790 19 inch.. great monitor, but I wan't a flat screen, and possibly larger than 19 inch. Image quality is the largest factor here.
2) New speakers for my computer. I currently have the Altec Lansing ADA880R's... not a bad system, but they crap out at higher volumes, and I really don't like the fact that the drivers are made from paper. Can anyone actually recommend computer speakers made from a better material? Sound quality is the largest factor here. I also want quite a bit of bass.
I heard that the Klipsch speakers are very efficient and sound great. What does everyone recommend?
3) Save the money towards either buying a new car next year (trade in my 2000 Honda Civic, its too slow), or rice out my Civic.
Help!
