Well we have been together almost 6 years, engaged for a little over a year and get married in September. I have no complaints I am allowed to have all my toys (just cant upgrade as often with the house now) and we still love each others company.

Haha yeah, my parents even tried to force a GF on me last year. My geekness works at my advantage though. We went out I was not her type, so that was it. Maybe eventually I'll actually WANT to get a GF then eventually get married and all that, but at this point, I rather enjoy my freedom.

I find I get scared when I start to feel attatched to someone (even my best friend, which I don't know if that's weird/bad or not...). Fully agreed. L&R is a cesspool of ego-trips and e-popularity contests the likes of which I haven't seen since Highschool. Everytime I see Xstatic1 type something in broken text-message style English (which is almost always some whimsical attempt at cracking on most men as the lesser species) I wish some parents would have been more pro-abortion.
