Anyone have some tech confessions they never told anyone before?
Do you secretly like something that may start a thread war or don't know how to do something that you should?
I'll start.
I like to go into Gamestop and look around, I like the atmosphere there. Same for Best Buy.
I don't use nor carry a cell phone. I got a Tracphone for emergencies but rarely have it on me.
I have always hated Windows OS and used to be extremely bad at wanting to reformat and reinstall all the time.
I called tech support for an HP computer once. But in my defense it was only to confirm that I knew more than they did. ...also, I asked a BB employee a question that I didn't already know the answer to.
I have thrown away perfectly good PC parts just because I didn't want to mess with selling them online. Like an Nvidia 580GTX.....Please don't hurt me
One time, a Circuit City employee talked me into getting a Voodoo 2 and a Voodoo 3 telling me I could run them in SLI...and I believed him. Took the V2 back angrily and lost $12 due to a "restocking fee".....god I'm so ashamed:$
This one I have mentioned here before but I purchased a Macbook Pro and took apart my gaming desktop and plan to get a PS4 for gaming instead. I will likely never go back to anything else. I know in some ways it's kinda a downgrade depending on point of view but I'm saving some space, noise, power and complications.
Anyone else?
