You're a drug kingpin whose empire has been infiltrated by police, what do you do?

Bribing won't work. They'll take the money as evidence and still have the opportunity to gather further evidence while you think they're paid off and of no concern.
Leaving the country isn't that great of an alternative. They can still go after you and destroy your 'empire'. This also gives others the opportunity to cut you out and take over. If a kingpin wanted to retire then maybe.
I like the whole feeding disinformation but that will work for only a little while.

Best option would be to feed disinformation and kill after they act on that wrong info. Police, rival gang, rival organization... it's the same. As a kingpin, it would need to be very public, very big, and very brutal in order to send a message. A person can't be a kingpin by being meek... IMO.

Then again, who would want to be a Kingpin? A person would probably die before 50 after spending a couple decades in fear of being murdered by a rival.

Friday night, shipping container arriving at dock has enough explosives to blow a city block. Plus some cocaine for the drug dogs to pick up on. Open container, BOOOOOM!

I and Mikey would be no where near the container. But, I'd be with Mikey. And, Mikey wouldn't have known where he was going to be with me. And, we'd be traveling in a Faraday cage enclosed car (so no one could track him or listen to him if he's wired.)

"Hey Mikey, I hear a buncha coppers got blown to bit down ta the docks. Funny thing is, you're the only one I told about any shipment. <pulls out handgun> Booom! <between the eyes>

Drive car to autowrecking business. (All kingpins have a buddy who crushes cars) <crunch> Crushed car hauled out to sea & dumped.

No one messes with a kingpin who just wiped out half of the narc unit with one explosion.

Well, first It'd be highly unlikely that an undercover cop could / would dedicate the time and whatever to actually move up the ladder of your organization, but even if he did the obvious solution is to set him up. Send him out to do a big buy or sell or something. Using some deep connections, backroom dealings, and indirect channels, leak the location of the buy / sell to your rivals. Let your rivals ambush him and kill him and take your shit.

Cops go nuts trying to fuck the organization that killed one of theirs while you get some time to figure out what he might have known about your organization and do damage control or flee.

Right, but it'd be harder to sell off everything and liquify your assets if the cops are breathing down your neck and if one of your go-getters is a cop. Get rid of him as I described and you get enough time to flee without the police all over you.
