Youtube, would you rather see a video in HD or SD?

So I made this video for a company and it's shot in full 720p HD. However, the version on youtube set to be released is in 640x360, half the res of 720p. It looks fantastic on youtube though, just smaller. I could put it up in 720p HD as well. Would you rather see that or the regular version?

Maybe 720p is a no-brainer but I could see some people not liking youtube HD because it lags or their computer isn't fast enough to play it smoothly. What do you guys think? I'd link the video but can't yet, as the site hasn't launched.

I like SD youtube links but with the HD button available on the video options.

Im worried about youtube pushing HD. Most videos are crap on YT, so why suck up bandwidth with a bunch of low quality videos in HD? Makes no sense to me.

And to answer the poll, I use SD by default.

Youtube has been slow as balls for years now, they should get SD streaming at a reasonable speed before moving to HD.

I never quite understood Audio/Video Players that Stream, but don't Buffer sufficiently for smooth Playback. Granted that throughput can't always be 100% predictable, but certainly it can't be much of a formula to make some kind of reasonable estimate of Download|Play that removes stoppages.

In Youtubes defense, at least their Player allows Pausing so that things can Load first. Some Web Players don't even allow that, which is complete Fail.

I almost never watch Youtube videos in HD, and I hate when people send me links to videos in HD. Most of the content on Youtube isn't worth watching in HD; I don't enjoy the videos any more when they're in HD. I think it's a waste to use so much bandwidth for a Youtube video.

Most of the time, SD. Youtube has been dirt slow the last few months for me.
