Repost from a few days ago thread. I did mention in the other thread the following information (keep in mind this was last week):

"Not quite $284.75 shipped... I called them today, they are currently OOS, ETA of ~late next week or week of the 15th-21st. They have a $7.95 "handling fee" tagged onto any orders. He told me that I could pre-order them now, get the free shipping that is offered until like 4pm CST or so, CC won't get billed until it ships. Cost was $284.75 + $7.95 = $292.70. That's a whole crapload better than $399.9x at Worst Buy, even with the 10% off coupon outta the magazines. Would have been ~$386 after 10% off after tax at BB. Yuck!"

Notice the $7.95 "handling fee." Total came to $292.70 for me when I pre-ordered them over the phone.

Oops, thanks guys, i was looking at it on pricegrabber and the total price came out to 315 hehe, my bad, thanks for not being too harsh!

Also if you check Emscomputing.com they have these speakers for $287 Free shipping .... I know everyone got screwed by them before and they now have a bad rep. , but they're trying to win us back with some decent deals. whether you decide to buy or not the price is hot.

Not very hot considering how cheap the 560's are, but this is still a good price point compared to Klipsch, since it includes a bunch more features.

So, my friend has these in his apartment right now... but they're back in the box. Why? There's a lot of popping and hissing white noise. He did a search and came up with others that had this problem. For more info, see:
