I'm kind of like-minded on that. Not having the onboard GPU isn't something I'm really losing sleep over (though I guess if I thought about it long enough, it would seem wasteful). I wasn't planning on using the new build for any video work, so I don't think I'll miss the hardware transcoding. SSD caching -- seems to me at first glance that, while you're probably going to get a performance boost from it, it's going to come at the expense of additional writes to -- e.g. shortened lifespan of -- the SSD (?).

Yea, if I had enough scratch, it would be a good feature. But alas, I'm just now buying my 1st SSD, so by the time I'm ready to upgrade to a new one, I'm sure I'll be doing a full system upgrade again.

Quicksync - faster video transcoding than cpu, or previous gpu accelerated solutions.
SSD caching - gives you the option of running an SSD+HDD as a single drive instead of having to install apps on the D drive. Depending in performance, this may be worthwhile for some.
Onboard video - nice feature if/when you have to RMA your discrete card or are in between cards.

Either way, X78 is the real enthusiast chipset anyway.
