not sure because I haven't seen one of these in real life yet. But, I think my Thermaltake Beetle might be as big. On my Tsunami case, there's about an 8th of an inch space between the top of the Beetle and the 80mm fan on the window. Is this Zalman was even a fraction of an inch bigger it wouldn't fit in my case

I could suspend that demo version from my ceiling and have a killer ceiling fan. Put some AS5 under the heatsink, w00t w00t!!!

Zalman's website says it weighs 498g, that's a lot lighter than the 7700Cu, although I'd still be wary of something that sticks out THAT MUCH off the motherboard. However, they might just have a chance with that "better than watercooling" claim, the xp-120's just as good as some of the lesser water cooling systems, and having the fan pointing right at the exhaust looks like a perfect idea to me. I might just spring for it if the performance is as good as they say.

i saw somewhere on a previous thread that someone was taking pre-orders at $75 a pop. Not cheap, but cheaper than water cooling.
