Zalman or Arctic Cooling for GPU???

I'm getting an X800XL, which I know doesn't overclock very well anyways, but I was just wondering if anybody knows which of these heatsinks will help stabilize an overclock more. Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated. Thanks.

OK, I understand it is well-respected, but is there any real performance benefit, or is it just the best you can get for the least amount of dough?

At 5V, it's fairly silent and at 12V it brings fairly good cooling for overclocking.
Water will still beat it though.

Hmm..How do I change the voltage? Is there a fan control on it or does it have to do with my hardware? I'm getting an x800xl, which doesn't have the extra PCI-e power connector, does that determine the voltage?

If it does not come with anything to adjust the voltage (I don't feel like looking, ATM), you can get a Fanmate .
