This board also catches my eye, it's an ASRock B650 LiveMixer. No wifi, but other than that, it has three PCI-E 4.0 x16 (physical, last two are x4), three x4 NVMe (one PCI-E 5.0, two PCI-E 4.0), front USB 3.0 and Type-C, plenty of USB in back, though most are USB 2.0 (?). Bios flashback.

Edit: Oh, if PCI-E_3 slot is filled, M2_C is disabled, and vice-versa. So you get either/or 3x PCI-E 4.0 slots (and 2x NVMe), or 3x NVMe (and 2x PCI-E 4.0 slots).

Edit: Only two traditional SATA ports.

$209 right now, too.
Is that a real paint job or stickers?

Still testing with PBO CO per core values five days later. Testing CoreCycler using iterations of Prime95 and iterations of YCruncher.

These are the negative offsets I have so far:
0 - 10
1 - 10
2 - 30
3 - 20
4 - 15
5 - 15
6 - 0
7 - 5
8 - 20
9 - 15
10 - 10
11 - 15
12 - 25
13 - 10
14 - 5
15 - 20

Only one core does -30. One core doesn't like any negative offset.

I'm looking at the ASRock B650E PG Riptide WiFi for my build, but I also have a dedicated sound card.

I installed an M.2 in the slot that comes out of B650E, and it (the chipset) is now at 80C doing absolutely nothing. Is there anything that runs cool on this platform?

Edit: Actually I was running y-cruncher, but that shouldn't affect the "south bridge," I think?

I apologize if that was mentioned here before, but do you know of some sort of ddr5 on am5 tuning guide? I plan on making a build near Christmas and would like to prepare. I got some non-expo memory for cheap and wanted to at least maintain the advertised frequency and timings.

The RAM is G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 32GB 5200MHz CL36. This will work on MSI PRO B650M-A WiFi and 7700x.

Not that I know of. I had XMP/EXPO as a starting point and tightened things from there. Also I figured whatever DDR4 timing x 2 would be safe (lol) and that was another guide post. Between the two sets I have, since Samsung-based sticks do lesser timings, the EXPO profile that came with those were the base I built on. Currently my stable timings are:

I think your memory sticks are in all likelihood cut from the same clothes as my EXPO kit, and they should do 6000/CL36 without a problem. MSI board usually come with plenty of presets for memory timings, and they tend to be aggressive, so I would start in small steps, e.g. EXPO profile first. From what I heard DDR5 chips are rather consistent in their clocking potential, and most chips should do 6000 MT/s with proper voltages. If you are uncomfortable, you can apply EXPO timings, then lower the frequency in BIOS to match your sticks' rated speed and move up from there. Timings and frequencies are not tied together in BIOS, and you can use whatever timings you want with any frequency.

Edit: Google search found this:

Overwhelming length! I might read up on it over the weekend.

BTW cpuz shows 3100 uclk and Zentimings 3200 (?)
Zentimings is the correct one

"6000MT/s" + 2033mhz FCLK = real 6100MT/s memory clockspeed
"6200MT/s" + 2100mhz FCLK = real 6300MT/s memory clockspeed
"6200MT/s" + 2133mhz FCLK = real 6400MT/s memory clockspeed
"6400MT/s" + 2167mhz FCLK = real 6500MT/s memory clockspeed

Latest Zentimings // remove .txt

It helps stabilizing the memory controller. I am now doing 6200 MT/s with 4 sticks.

lol joke aside if you want to try it out let me know it came in 3-pack and I have no use for the other 2.
