This is one the reasons I bought a Deep Cool LT720. It is not as big and bulky as others, doesn't require a USB or SATA power connection (just a fan header and aRGB) and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately if you live in the states (and maybe in some other places), they are no longer sold (banned). Use PCPartPicker.com and select the size of the AIO you want. You can then hover over the thumbnail for a quick glance at the item and see if there are any worth further investigation.
Yeah in the US here. I had read about Deepcool being prohibited.
I had saw some reviews on it last year.

Orderable on Amazon with expected Delivery in mid-December - usually gets moved up though as they get more stock in.

Go go go

(I too have finally joined the Zen 5 club)
I ordered at 6:05AM yesterday. Before I checked out it said November 21-22. When I checked out, it refused to give any estimate.

25 hours later, still no estimate. But they charged me just a couple hours after placing the order, and they don't charge until an item moves into fulfillment. What's Amazon doing? Nobody knows!

Mine isn't charged yet. So it's effectively backordered.

Yours sounds like it is in the fulfillment channel. So I would expect it to ship soon™

I posted this in the Zen 5 thread, if you want to Amazon now has then at $479.

But I just noticed " FREE delivery January 22 - 24 to amazon prime members"

Looks like most of Intel's userbase ordered it if it's gonna take Amazon months to fulfill even for prime members!
It definitely won't take that long. Amazon doesn't sell stock that they don't have incoming, but if it's not in a warehouse ready to be fulfilled they give extremely generous estimates, likely to avoid complaints if there is any delay in the supply chain.

I wouldn't be surprised if the January estimate orders ship within 1-2 weeks.

In my original cooling post I was mentioning AIO's as I want one for the looks/quiet.
The standard lumps are nice but so durn big, I just dont like the looks.
So I was hoping for a few alternate opinions on AIOs as well! =)
I had a corsair for 12 years and it never failed, but it seems like I dont see alot of people using corsair today.
Not specific to Zen5 but I've been looking into new AIOs as I'm upgrading my case.

Whats the biggest rad your case will support?
Are you allergic to RGB?
How quiet do you want it to be?

At the moment I'm running a Bequiet 240 AIO that's been running for years so that brand seems pretty reliable (has a fill port for maintenance as well) but I'd really like to step up to a 420 AIO.

Yeah technically Im limited to 360's but....I think I can fit a 420 in.... not sure I need it tho.
I actually want RGB, the case is a lian-li 011-dynamic evo and Im going to build a theme into it so want some lighting not going to be a color spray tho! Still deciding on what theme to do.

PBO on, 10X scaler, medium load boostit, +200MHz clock offset, no CO.

Memory at 6120, 28-36-36 timings with manually tweaked secondary/tertiary sub timings.

RTX 4090 with a +135MHz setting in Afterburner (just a little shy of 3GHz). Power increased to 600W.

$480 at my local MicroCenter. Is that a good price? Says they have 25+ in stock.
Always grab the bundle if they have one. Add the individual bundle items to the cart instead of the bundle. That way you can return the bundle board and/or RAM if you don't want them. The CPU price is $412.53 with bundle items in the cart. You can also add a 7800X3D to the cart for $331.79 to flip without having to buy an additional mobo and RAM kit. This 7800X3d price isn't great currently (in context) since it was below $250 a few months ago.I'm guessing it will go down to that ballpark soon.

Question for everyone. Do you rigorously only purchase QVL memory or do you have other metrics along with the manufacturer QVL recommendation that factors into your memory purchasing decision?

I was only buying EXPO certified RAM, which should virtually guarantee universal compatibility and turnkey setup (with some rare exceptions).

I have higher aspirations now so I bought an XMP kit. Don't know how well that's going to work out.

Depends on how much you are willing to tweak. If you want set it and forget it, EXPO is plug and play rather than plug and pray. So QVL verification would be good. The platform is much better now than it was at launch, however.

If you're willing to tweak settings buying any memory kit that has Hynix M-die or A-die ICs you can achieve DDR5-6000 CL28 tuned timings with little difficulty. Most of the 3 or so kits I have (that are mostly XMP kits) work just fine with Buildzoid timings as a starting point for the single-rank kits.

My aspirations are a little higher than 6000C28. I got a 6600C32 2x48GB M-die kit with hopes of getting 6400 going, 6600 if I get a lucky sample IMC. I'm sure if I was settling for 6000 it would be a piece of cake, I've run 6200C28 tuned on a 2x32 kit and 6400C30 tuned on a 2x16GB kit previously.

I can't get the settings easily, but I got 7200 memory, and used XMP defaults, and it says its running 1:1. I put a picture somewhere in this thread I think. Have to go now.
