Figured I would throw this up there as well:

This is a way to make a portable version on the app so if you want to play on a machine that you can not install it on you can still can. It does not need admin rights to run, and no install.

I ended up using this as my primary way to play on my main PC since I did not want the Onlive app installed to the C drive and there is no way to currently prevent that.
